1. Monthly Marketing Planning
Your first month will focus on getting the foundations in place.
Before creating your content, I'll take the time to understand your business, your audience and your brand so that the content we create feels relevant, consistent and genuinely reflects your business.
During our first planning session, we'll explore:

✔ Your ideal audience – their needs, challenges and goals
✔ Your brand purpose, values and personality
✔ What you want to be known for
✔ Your key messages
✔ Your upcoming priorities and promotions
Following our session, I'll bring this together into a Brand Wheel and audience profile that we'll use to guide your ongoing content.
As your first month is focused on getting these foundations in place, your initial content will be tailored around the amount of foundation work needed. Your full monthly content package will begin from month two.
From month two onwards, our monthly planning sessions will focus on what's happening in your business and the content we need to create for the month ahead.

2. Content Creation & Visibility
Following our monthly planning session, I'll create professionally written content that helps keep your business visible and builds trust with your audience.
Each month, I'll create:

✔ One professionally written email newsletter
✔ Your LinkedIn copy adapted for Facebook and Instagram, ready for you to post
✔ A monthly content calendar

3. Approval and Scheduling
You’ll receive two rounds of revisions, allowing us to make sure the content feels aligned with your voice, your business and your audience.
Once approved, I'll upload and schedule your LinkedIn content and format and schedule your email newsletter, so your marketing continues consistently without you needing to think about it.*
*You'll provide any images, photography or branded graphics required for your social media content, unless agreed otherwise.
